Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform behaviour, pricing, product, offer and website experience. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of sales, leads, ranking, cost per acquisition or any other outcome.
Fees and media spend
The monthly package fee is the selected tier minimum plus 3% of monthly ad spend plus 3% of attributed sales. Platinum has a £3,500 monthly minimum, Elite has a £5,000 monthly minimum and Finesse has an £8,000 monthly minimum. Media spend is paid client-side or passed through, remains separate from SNIPER's fees and is never bundled into the tier minimum. Creative production, landing-page builds, platform charges and applicable VAT are separate unless expressly agreed in writing.
Variable fee calculation
The 3% monthly ad-spend fee and 3% attributed-sales fee apply to every package and are additive to the tier minimum. Attribution rules, reporting sources, conversion windows, platform access and tracking methodology are agreed in writing before work begins.
Governing agreement
Final terms for any engagement are governed by the signed client agreement between the client and GLOBALMEDIAGROUP LTD t/a Sniper by SCROLL STOP. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
